Come Christmas day, if Chizuru has been good and waited, there's three boxes waiting for her: two small, one large.
One is A pair of flower earrings, clip-ons. He'd seen them the day they'd gone shopping, but hadn't wanted to say anything. The next smaller one is around the same size, but has a pink hairclip and some ribbons.
And the larger? Is a carefully folded pink dress, with a single note left on the top of it.
[ There seem to be two articles of clothing in the gift Robby receives in return. They're virtually the same - a grey shade - but one of them is a sweatshirt whereas the other is one with shorter sleeves for the summer.
There's what seems to be hand-painted calligraphy on both, though it's not dry anymore - like it's been embedded into the shirt at this point, and won't come out with just a wash. The sweatshirt has one character on it, whereas the shorter sleeved shirt has two.
Maybe magical Trench translation allows Robby to be able to read the characters, but even if it still just looks like Japanese he can't understand to him, there is a note included as well: ]

Where I come from, those two things are a big part of bushido, of what it means to be a warrior. The men I knew back there always tried hard to live up to those things. But even though you're not from a place that's similar at all to where I come from, I always see you doing the same every day, Robby. Chizuru appreciates the gift all the same though, especially now she's been taught about Christmas with a little bit of help from Robby. It also means that she definitely was preparing a present for Viktor in return though, which he will find waiting for him. In the wrapped up bundle, Viktor will find a handmade pink omamori with the characters for 'health' on it. Even if Viktor has been healed now, it can't hurt just to have a charm to wish for that good streak of health to continue, right.. There's even a small note included about it reading 'health', just in case the natural translation in this place doesn't kick in. It comes with a knit winter hat that definitely doesn't seem people-sized, but the fact that it's Rio-sized probably says who it's for. ]

[ So are the instructions Robby leaves Chizuru with, pressing a rather blocky drawstring bag into her hands. It's not heavy, just bulky-ish, and if she does peek in, she'll find the card amongst boxes wrapped in colourful Christmas paper.
The card is simple, pink with her name on it, and a bird in flight on the front. There's a snowflake inside, and a simple message.

Come Christmas day, if Chizuru has been good and waited, there's three boxes waiting for her: two small, one large.
One is A pair of flower earrings, clip-ons. He'd seen them the day they'd gone shopping, but hadn't wanted to say anything. The next smaller one is around the same size, but has a pink hairclip and some ribbons.
And the larger? Is a carefully folded pink dress, with a single note left on the top of it.

A GIFT IN RETURN BABYYYYYYYYY
There's what seems to be hand-painted calligraphy on both, though it's not dry anymore - like it's been embedded into the shirt at this point, and won't come out with just a wash. The sweatshirt has one character on it, whereas the shorter sleeved shirt has two.
Maybe magical Trench translation allows Robby to be able to read the characters, but even if it still just looks like Japanese he can't understand to him, there is a note included as well: ]

Where I come from, those two things are a big part of bushido, of what it means to be a warrior. The men I knew back there always tried hard to live up to those things. But even though you're not from a place that's similar at all to where I come from, I always see you doing the same every day, Robby. he has no idea if chizuru's world is one but the chance to make stuff? for people he likes? yeah he's in.
what she gets is a music box of a very gear heavy, metal design. there's a paleblood gem attached to it because of course he made it a magic tech thing. namely when the music plays it releases a calming sort of aura and gentle glow.

Chizuru appreciates the gift all the same though, especially now she's been taught about Christmas with a little bit of help from Robby. It also means that she definitely was preparing a present for Viktor in return though, which he will find waiting for him. It's also not.. quite Christmas-themed, but then again, Chizuru is very much still learning what Christmas is in the first place.
In the wrapped up bundle, Viktor will find a handmade pink omamori with the characters for 'health' on it. Even if Viktor has been healed now, it can't hurt just to have a charm to wish for that good streak of health to continue, right.. There's even a small note included about it reading 'health', just in case the natural translation in this place doesn't kick in. It comes with a knit winter hat that definitely doesn't seem people-sized, but the fact that it's Rio-sized probably says who it's for. ]
There's also a homemade pie included, and a bigger note than the small one which reads: ]
